In the unlikely event that our recommended fix for your problem doesn’t resolve the issue we will reassess and fix the issue at no further charge.

We will respond with a proposed solution to an emergency request within 60 mins or you only pay standard rates for that job

If you are dissatisfied with the work we have completed we will refund the fee. As long as we have been provided with adequate information and time to properly diagnose the issue.
